[Rice, rice bowl] At our restaurant, we use "Koshihikari" rice produced carefully over time in Tamba, Kyoto prefecture, in the Naka-tamba area with clear stream, Sanin roads to Wakasa in abundant nature. The rice is soft, glossy, and delicious with flavors unique to "Koshihikari" rice.
