Legendary chicken wings		First lightly fried before dipping into our original sweet-and-spicy sauce, then finished with spices.
Simmered beef sinew		We have 2 different selections: soy sauce and miso flavored. We change our flavors weekly.
Japanese-style omelette prepared with dashi base		Our egg omelette is prepared with our original a lot of dashi base.
