Niwa no Uguisu Junmai Ginjo fresh sake, SPARKLING you can enjoy this sake in various ways by feeling dry texture as well as the unique aromas of sake and the delicious flavors of rice.
SHINRYOKU An original Shochu cocktail, based on the image of the bright fresh green leaves in Happo-En.
Powdered Green Tea Soy latte This is a non-alcoholic cocktail.
Chiba – ENJU Daiginjo (our restaurant's original creation) Original Japanese sake named after SHIRKING Ryotei “ENJU”.
Yamagata – Bakuren Extra Dry Ginjo Extra dry Ginjo, Japanese sake with + 20 alcohol content.
Kochi – Minami – unfiltered Junmai Full body, with pure rice-like rich flavors.
Barley Shochu – Miyazaki – Hyakunen no Kodoku (Lit. One Hundred Years of Solitude) Famous, dream-like barley Shochu! The flavors, closely resembling those of whiskey, make this an exquisite dish.
Sweet Potato Shochu – Kagoshima – Mao Gentle flavors specific to matured sake you won't get tired of drinking, truly the best of the best.
Sweet Potato Shochu – Kagoshima – Imo Shochu made with 100% sweet potatoes, namely with malted sweet potato.
